Welcome to Branchville, SC

Branchville, located on the southern tip of Orangeburg County, is home to the world's oldest railroad junction, built in 1828. The Raylrode Daze Festivul occurs each September to celebrate Branchville's history. The Town of Branchville was incorporated on Dec. 23, 1858.

Council Members Elected

 A General Election was held on November 7th, 2017 for three open seats on the Branchville Town Council.  Mayor Pro Tem Jennings and Councilwoman Bryant did not seek re-election. The Town of Branchville would like to thank Mayor Pro Tem Jennings and Councilwoman Bryant for their years of dedication and service.

Returning to the Council seat is Michael D. Blankenship.  New 2018 Council Members elected were Brett Banks and Donny Connelly.
